2回目の滞在でしたが、みんな顔も名前も覚えていてくれてとても居心地がよかったです。 みんなフレンドリーでSNSを交換したりなど、楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 またお世話になりたいです。

最終日、オーナーの執務室で雑談をさせていただく機会があり、新しくホテルを作っているそう。 その後現在のホテルも改修するそうなので、これからが楽しみです。 スタッフもみんな優しく、見かけると名前で気さくに声を掛けてくれます。 とても良い宿泊でした。

とても良いホテルで、スタッフとも冗談交じりで話すことが出来る。 英語が喋れれば、とても楽しめるホテルで、近くにコンビニのような店舗もあり生活には困らないし、そもそも料理も安価で美味しい。 オーナーも優しく、迅速に対応来てくれるので、何も困ることはないが、たまに停電が起きるのはご愛嬌。

スタッフの方々もオーナーもとても親切で、トラブルはあったものの真摯に対応してくれました。 また来る時は絶対このホテルに泊まります。

Racist & Scam !!!!!!!

Customer services at reception terrible Unfriendly and rude. Obviously untrained. Management also rude and unprofessional. Book online, prepaid, but was forced to additional rate. Taxi rates totally over charged. All in all a scam and racist !!!!!!

At this property, the staff was continuously ready to assist. The only negative was getting the password to my area of the hotel and needed to change the password to my current location at the hotel.

Nice, but with some shortcomings

There's enough to like about the Pride, and I'd consider staying again, but it has it's flaws. We stayed in one of the cottages which has a kitchen so that's really nice. There were just a host of small things -- no kettle in the kitchen to boil water (they brought when we asked), no dish soap or sponge or towel so you could do dishes, lots of ants in the shower that made it look like the room had not been used/cleaned/inspected recently. Went to shower in the evening and there was no hot water; they had turned off the pump, so had to wait an hour or so to be able to shower and go to bed. There were little things here and there in disrepair. Nothing was a deal breaker, it just felt like it was not being maintained with a lot of care or attention to detail. For the price (key point), I would expect a higher level of professionalism/excellence. The food is kind of so-so, and except for the buffet breakfast, takes long to prepare (order well in advance). That being said, it's a pleasant place, secure, with a nice pool and poolside cafe. Staff are friendly. I can't comment on the standard rooms. Overall, nothing to really worry about here, but they have a ways to go to boost their stars, especially given the prices they charge.
