December getaway
Posted Dec. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house is just perfect for our needs - quick drive from the airport, lots of beds for multi generational visiting. Pool was lovely. Lots of great restaurants and activities.

Thanksgiving Getaway
Posted Dec. 11, 2024 on HomeAwayWonderful property for the 9 of us and plenty of room for extended family to come and visit. The teenagers loved the separate living space in the basement. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the outdoor living space was used for most meals. There was a maintenance issue that was handled in a timely manner. The one negative issue would have to be the handicap shower/bath in the one bathroom. It was a bit hard to navigate but we made it work. A few more coffee cups would also have been appreciated. Overall we would give this home a 10/10 and would definitely rent again.

Nice house
Posted Jul. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed at this house with another family for a baseball tournament. The house was nice and the pool was great. The house could use a good deep cleaning - under couches, bed, ceiling fans. We had an issue with lizards in the house - nothing crazy or u expected for Florida but worth mentioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Small geckos are very common in Florida and it's not uncommon for them to get into homes. You can usually pick them up and move them or shuffle them toward the door pretty easily. They are harmless! We wish you the best in your future travels!

Golf Trip

Great place
Posted Mar. 31, 2024 on HomeAwayAbsolutely loved it, perfect location, kitchen well fitted. Bring pillows, I had to buy pillows and just enough bath towels for the 9 people, I bought another set and did a lot of laundry since we were there for 3 weeks. Our ITrip contact was Johnny on the spot.

2nd honeymoon

Nice place in a nice neighborhood
Posted Feb. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed staying at this place. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. We had a couple issues with an AC compressor & TV, but all were responded to immediately and resolved. We especially enjoyed the lanai and the little pool, the water running was very relaxing and we loved being able to enjoy all the warmth & sun! Coming from Michigan in January, this was great! Lots of restaurants, stores, beaches, not far from the house & nice walking path just down the street.

Family visit

SW Florida Paradise
Posted Sep. 16, 2023 on HomeAwayWe have been coming to this area for close to 50 years and this area (Bonita Springs, Fort Myers & Fort Myers Beach) is our second home. With all of this being said, we are no strangers to rental properties and this one did not disappoint! The owner was very responsive and everything in the house was set up very well. Check in and check out was very easy. We wish the canal was just a bit bigger for our kayaks. Overall, the house was a 10 out of 10. Great place, great owner and we would definitely go here again!!
