Great Stay
Posted Nov. 4, 2024 on HomeAwaySince our stay was affected by Hurricane Milton I rated the overall property as such. However, Jason was very good about keeping us informed and checked with us on a regular basis. I would certainly rent again.

Posted Jun. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayeverything in the condo was very clean kind of was very nice newer Furniture in bed very comfortable the only thing that sucked is the pool wasn't up and ready yet it's right on the ocean see some dolphins in the morning early very nice kind of we'll go back

Amazing vacation rental!
Posted Jul. 10, 2022 on HomeAwayWe have vacationed at MANY beach condos over the last 20 years and this is, hands down, the BEST condo we’ve stayed in! Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and all you need for the beach. Jason, the owner, was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know to have a great time! The condo was very clean with an amazing view and located mere steps from the beach and crystal clear water! We had the best time and look forward to vacationing here again.

Beautiful condo at Bonita Spring
Posted Aug. 4, 2021 on HomeAwayVery nice condo. Love the lanai and proximity to the water. The owner was pretty much the best I’ve rented from due to the simplest and easiest instructions on how to get in and use the amenities.

Casa Bonita Rocks!
Posted Jul. 10, 2021 on HomeAwayMy wife, kids (20 and 12) and I had a great stay at Casa Bonita! The condo which overlooks the pool and the beautiful beach/ocean is very well equipped with everything you need, plus more! From dishes to cookware to beach chairs, towels and boogie boards, etc... You'll need nothing. Jason is very communicative and even checked in to see how things were going during our stay. Although there are 32 condos in the building, only once did we encounter anyone else in the elevator during our entire stay. It was almost like we had the entire place to ourself. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Posted May 21, 2021 on HomeAwayThe property was perfect. Very neat and clean. Beautiful view of the gulf. Beds were very comfy. Well supplied with everything we needed. Property owner was very accessible for questions we had. Definitely would stay again.

Casa Bonita
Posted Jan. 16, 2021 on HomeAwayBeautiful condo on gulf with a very nice beach. The beach was not overcrowded, plenty of space to spread out. Good for paddle boarding and kayaking. Nice walk to the north end of the island to the pass. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner was responsive to questions and very reachable. Our second trip here and we plan for more.
