Amazing location, walking or biking distance to Barefoot Beach where all the fun is waiting for you. Close to shopping, great restaurants. Short drive to Mercato shops in Naples.
The house is recently remodeled and sits in almost half acre which gives you great privacy and lots of space to relax outside, enjoy the peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets. New furniture and appliances. Clean to meet the covid guidelines, so you can have peace of mind. Accommodates 4-5 people. Discounted rate for longer term stays.
The owner is providing two bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, charcoal grill, inflatable kayak for you to use during the stay.

Wi-Fi available for use. Roku stick - Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime (your own accounts). TV has basic cable.

Coconut point is about 6 miles north of us. It’s a shopping mall that has premium stores.

Mercado shopping mall is about 3 miles south of us and that’s where all the nightlife is. Of course there’s lots of shopping too!

Barefoot Beach Park is less than 2 miles away. It has over a mile of pristine shoreline with no development at all on it. It is a park and they also offer lunch and snacks. It is consistently rated in the top three among the best beaches in the United States.

Wiggins Pass State Park is about 3 miles south of the guest house. It has many large shade trees with barbecue grills and picnic tables and it is absolutely beautiful to grill lunch and go to the beach.

The Naples/FortMyers casino is about 3 miles away from us. They just opened a new restaurant called “The Brass Tap“ which is absolutely terrific! You can also do pari-mutuel gambling and poker tables are there. It is quite an impressive establishment.

Everglades Wonder Gardens in downtown Bonita Springs is about 4 miles away.

Water park about 6 miles east.

Mini golf and “ the Royal scoop“ ice cream store are within walking distance. We have many beach bars and other restaurants within walking distance.

Lovers Key State Park, Big Cypress Swamp Sanctuary and the Florida Everglades are all a short drive away.

Many kayaking and boating opportunities are available very close to us.

Southwest Florida international Airport is less than 20 miles north of us. It’s an easy drive on the Intestate to Bonita Beach Road and to your guest house.

You can drive the beautiful beach road to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. All on back roads.

Come and visit us and enjoy all the beautiful area that Florida offers. You’ll love it!

Bonita Beach Home
The location of the property is great because you can avoid a lot of traffic, and traffic can be an issue!!! The home is also located in a safe neighborhood. We took walks every night and felt completely safe. The online listing and pictures were accurate. We also appreciated the bikes and beach chairs/umbrella. The following are my recommendations for making this property even better. Although the home is comfortable, the kitchen could use some upgrades with furnishings. There is not a knife set for preparing food. It could also use more silverware and basic dishes. I would recommend a table lamp in the living room as well, along with an upgrade in bath towels and kitchen towels. For one of the bedrooms, there was not a remote for the overhead light/fan, making both useless. I would also recommend installing hooks someplace to hang towels and clothes. Because the house is listed as accommodating four people, be advised that this is a very small house. The kitchen table has only two chairs, and there isn’t a whole lot of seating area in the living room. Also, four guests will be sharing towels. Overall, the house is very nice for two people. My husband and I would stay again

So Disappointing
Up until the day we checked in communication was excellent however after vacuuming up all of the dead gnats in the place it took 4 texts to get a response with regard to a missing remote and then we had 0 hot water for the entire stay and because WE weren’t available to stay at the house all day waiting for a plumber it was never fixed I asked for some compensation for the no hot water and have yet to receive a response I didn’t feel I should have been expected to change my vacation plans to sit and wait for a plumber

Overall nice place. Just the wifi didn't work at all owner said they called xfinity and everything was fine but the internet did not work at all. And the cable package had mostly channels in other languages.

Overall, this was a very pleasant place to stay. The 4 star rating was for the issues with the internet/cable. Cable and internet were basically non-existent for our 1-week stay. Other than those issues, we had a great vacation and enjoyed staying here.

Enjoyed staying at this cute little house! Beautiful neighborhood to walk & bike around! Publix was very close & hair & nails close for my touch ups! The beds & couch were uncomfortable for long stay, but owner let me bring in a used recliner so I would be comfy! She was always available to help solve any problems! The house was clean and nice. However the furniture was very uncomfortable. The beds were not comfortable at all. And the beach chairs were actually camping chairs. So if you have beach chairs I’d recommend to bring them.

Large rustic yard close to everything
We loved sitting on the outdoor patio overlooking the large rustic yard. The kitchen was basic with just what we needed but we did have to wash dishes. The TV was great with many selections. The bedrooms had simple accommodations with very comfortable beds. We could have used a few more bath towels but we washed them in the newer washer dryer combo. The neighborhood is quiet but close to many stores and attractions. We enjoyed our visit and the host was available when we needed her.

We love Bonita!!

Holiday in Bonita Shores
I spent my holiday at the Florida style home in Bonita Shores . Very comfortable home on a large corner lot . Enjoyed sitting outside on patio table with umbrella and watching the walkers . cyclist & neighbors going by . Very quiet and friendly neighborhood . Small eat in kitchen with all amenities and a new over /under washer dryer .
