Modern Direct Beachfront Paradise | 3-Bedroom & 2.5 Bath

"Look at that view!” is the first thing guests marvel at when they step into the Copacabana. Wall to wall sliders put panoramic Gulf views and sunsets front and center in this 3-bedroom, newly renovated beachfront bungalow. This residence offers you everything you need for a perfect couples getaway. Located near Bonita Beach's only beachfront restaurant and water sport rentals (jet skis, paddle boards, etc), guests of the Copacabana are only a short walk away from local nightlife, restaurants, and beach activities. With new owners in 2018, the home has been furnished with all new furniture, bedding, linens, and tv's. The modern open concept features a well appointed new kitchen with Sub-zero and Wolf appliances, dining area for 8, and large family room with a new 75” HD Smart TV. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom. A second king-sized bedroom and bunk room for 4 share a full bath with hallway access. There is an additional half bath located off the covered lower patio for easy access from the beach. With a fire pit, grill, lots of loungers and beach chairs, dining under the tiki umbrella, and walks along the beach, be prepared to spend a lot of time in your beachfront back yard!. You'll quickly realize why many guests book their return trip to the Copacabana before they even leave.

Incredible view and access to Bonita Beach! Every part about the stay was pleasant from the check in/out process to the well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice a clean. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels for the adults and toys for kids of all ages. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. The ocean is steps away from the back door. You can slide open all the doors and have it completely open and hear the ocean sounds. It was heavenly for me and my brother. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Lots of towels, nice comfy beds, nice clean bathrooms , all you need in kitchen. No ice maker There is no walk out balcony upstairs. The view is incredible. Downstairs is just the pass through and out to table, bbq and beach . Everything is easy and great seating in living room. Photos are exact . Great stay .

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property is wonderful. The view of the beach and ocean when you first enter and climb the stairs is breath taking. The house was well decorated and very comfortable. We planted ourselves in the rocking recliners facing the beach every night and watched the sunset. The location is perfect for access to the beach and several restaurants. All areas of the home were immaculate. We have already booked next year's stay!

The location right on the beach is superb. The house itself is average, a little worn out, and only surface clean. Considering the extremely high rental rate, I expected some welcoming amenities but was disappointed that the house lacked even one box of tissues, lotion, shampoo, body wash, kitchen wrap/containers/napkins, a welcome basket of coffee or wine - something that showed some thought and hospitality. Come prepared to have nothing supplied. The beach was great.

This home is wonderful. It is just as pictured. Everyone was excellent to work with and communication was excellent. Loved the walk to Docs each evening. Loved the option of watching the sunset from inside and have the same feeling as being on the beach. We had an amazing week.

Best Christmas Vacation Yet!

Collier Global staff was very responsive. High end gourmet kitchen! Awesome mattresses! We slept liked babies. Livingroom furniture was practical, plush and comfortable. Beach view and sunsets to remember, from main level wall to wall sliders. The floors withstand kids , pets and sand. Our grandkids loved the bunkroom with their own tv. Two minute walk to Doc's for pina coladas. Checkin and checkout were very easy. We hated to leave.

Peace @ the beach!

We loved our week of peace @ the beach! location was fantastic & easy to get to. Beach was very private and low key! Property manager was extremely responsive! The house is exactly as described with top knotch everything ! Our only complaint is the beds - new mattresses are desperately needed in both the master and the second bedroom. They are extremely uncomfortable with large divets when others have laid- not a good nights sleep. Other than that i cant complain - we loved every second! Note - there is construction going on nextdoor - but they were only there 1 day of our 7 day stay so didn't bother us! We definitely would rent again!

Gorgeous Views!

We had an awesome week stay here! The view was incredible and the house was very clean. That being said, there were a few thing we didn’t love so much about this property. I decided to put together a pros & cons list for anyone considering booking this property for their vacation. Pros: - The view - it was beautiful! - The sunsets were amazing! - Location (30 second walk to Doc’s) - The house itself was really nice and had a great layout - The furniture seemed new and was super comfortable - High end appliances (Sub Zero fridge, Wolf range) - Tons of beach supplies (chairs, towels, paddle boards, floats, etc.) - Property manager was very responsive - Little touches (makeup mirrors in bathrooms, power strips with USB in bedrooms, etc) Cons: - Construction next door (not their fault, but was still loud) - Basic supplies were lacking (only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, no garbage bags or laundry supplies) - The house is worn and could use some love - baseboards were peeling, could use a fresh coat of paint, grout in the shower was a bit moldy, etc., and the main bathroom toilet seat had chips in it. - Kitchen and bathroom throw rugs were dirty - should be at least washed but ultimately replaced - Bath and beach towels were worn Ultimately, you can’t beat being right on the beach - we think the pros outweigh the cons and we booked again for next year!
