Central locations, beachfront oasis
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location to beach, putt-putt, kayaking rentals at Big Hickory, Naples restaurants, and shopping. One of my favorite areas to spend a vacay or work from home trip, Bonita has it all. Stayed July 2024 and there was construction but this unit and building was not impacted. Quiet! Plus, this unit was beachfront with one of the coziest beds, most beautiful views, and responsive owner. Short walk to beach. Everything was upgraded and well thought out. Great screened in patio. Definitely will be staying here again.

A piece of paradise

The sunset view from the balcony is breathtaking and the beach is just across the street. The property was equipped with everything you needed and more. It had all the beach essentials, so you don’t have to worry about that. The communication with the host was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Andrew for being such a great host!

Lovely condo BUT....

However, because of hurricane damage, the entire complex was a working construction zone. We had to walk through scaffolding in a hard hat area. Walkways outside were unsafe. We were warned about no pool, but not about the workman and construction everywhere. We left a day early. Didnt seem safe once we left the unit. Please warn future guests.

I was very clear with this guest and in fact with all my guests since our buildings opened back up on March 1/24. I ask all guests to check in with me on arrival to ensure complete satisfaction. This guest did not reach out to me at all even though I prompted by email on day 2 of her stay. I’ve written about the ongoing hurricane repairs in the Property Description section of my Vrbo listing. I also check with any new guest when they book to make sure that all are aware of the Hurricane Ian work being done. Our pools are now being worked on. Tennis court work is not scheduled yet. Landscaping work in our atrium and around the entire complex will start sometime this summer. Covered scaffold walkways and plastic fencing are in place to ensure safety for both owners and guests. There are no safety concerns. There are no hard hat areas that any non trade person has access to. All other recent guests have given positive 5 star reviews. Additionally, my unit is on the 9th floor of building 1 at the northwest corner. It’s as far away for any work at ground level and all other buildings as you can get. Hope this clarifies for all interested and please reach out if you have any questions. Best Andrew

Perfect Location
