Nice place on beach
Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice house on the beach. We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and loved no stairs with a baby. Could use new pillowcases as there were stains. Otherwise, would stay again!

New pillow case's are in linen closet, and have been used to replace old pillow case's.

Great beach-front house

The kitchen was very well equipped, and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels to make hanging out at the house very comfortable. It's only a few minutes away from several restaurants, the grocery store, and anything else you need. We'd definitely stay there again!

The owner was very accommodating and allowing us Sunday to Sunday which made it much easier for the part of our family that was traveling

Publié le 24 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayRelaxing and well equipped home. Very few smaller homes left in Bonita Springs. This one was incredibly comfortable. House is organized well. Small repairs needed but overall did not effect us at all. I would stay again without question.

Perfect vacation home

Best Bonita Stay Yet

We all agreed this was our favorite house & we already booked it for next year. The house was clean, utilities were new, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were pretty updated as well. I read in another review that there were no beach chairs, so I was a little nervous about that -- but there were plenty of beach chairs at the property. The only thing the property was lacking was honestly some wine glasses -- but they had plenty of other glasses!

Can’t beat the location. Very private beach.
Publié le 12 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayA smaller property amongst mansions. Wake up to the crashing waves. Take the short stroll to the water’s edge. Most days during our week-long stay in April, we were the only ones on the beach within 100 feet in either direction. Has a separate living and sleeping area on the lower level that was perfect for our teenager. Screened porch was wonderful.
