Clean, quiet, relaxing getaway

Wonderful Property!
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I planned this trip as a getaway for the two of us. The property was wonderful! It was newly decorated with a large open kitchen and living room. The one bedroom opened out into the main area allowing a lot of light throughout the whole unit. It is the first floor of a home with private access to the pool and hot tub. We loved sitting outside in the morning near the pool and looking out onto the canal. The lot is close to the Empire river and we enjoyed watching boats, kayaks and birds. While there are homes next door and across the canal, we did not see anyone while we were outside and it felt like a private oasis.
The only potential drawback was the queen size bed. This was on the description but we weren't sure if it would work for us. It was fine!
The washer and dryer in the garage were very convenient and there were plenty of pool towels available along with kitchen furnishings.
Finally, the hosts were incredibly responsive. Texts were answered immediately and they were so helpful. We had a wonderful time and we would stay here again!

Jolly Roger Retreat

Michael and Caroline were very responsive to an inquiries we had. We loved the location, the private pool and just a couple miles from the beach. Hope to return in the future.

So many modern updates. The location was very accessible to everything we wanted to do.
Host was quick to respond to any questions we had.
