The beds are the best in the area. Rooms that face the street get street noise. Turning on the air conditioning helps.

Our room was pleasantly decorated with an alpine, rustic feel. Kitchenette with sink, two stove elements, fridge and microwave was all clean and working well. The room was quite small, with only a small table and stools to sit on other than the bed. Bathroom with shower (no tub) was also small but clean and functional. Breakfast is limited/continental and only starts at 8:00 so we could only benefit from it one of two mornings we stayed there. For walks in the neighborhood, Bonners Ferry has a new, well lit sidewalk running along the highway for at least half a mile on either side of the hotel. Safeway is across the street and a 24-hour grocery store is just down the street.

Our deadbolt in our room did not latch properly, the one curtain did not adequately cover the window which faced the main road and when we tried to watch TV, the screen was broken.
The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We booked through Expedia and did not see the check in desk closed at 9. The staff was very nice and called to make sure we were going to make it before they closed.
