The property is kept quite clean. The elevator is very very slow, and sounds like it is failing everytime the door opens. Bonneville has terrible dining choices. I will stay in cold lake next time. 30 minutes away, and a whole pile of more options.

We only have one elevator so sometimes it may feel slow. Elevators are inspected on a regular basis by elevator companies as per law and strict regulations. the curtains let a lot of light in so it was difficult to sleep.

I had our maintenance person have a look and I can understand being on night shift and wanting it to be completely dark. On future visits if you speak with our front desk, we can provide some extra sheets to place on the windowsill to prevent light spill on the ground.We hope this does not deter you from staying with us again in the future.
