Great location but desperately needs a good clean and some maintenance

Amazing potential but really needs the owners to do even nominal maintenance. Every tap in the joint drips, there is water damage throughout the kitchen and bathroom. No AC but great airflow if they’d invest in a few more pieces of dowel to keep the windows ajar.

For a short getaway

Simple villa with the basics in convenient location
Publié le 6 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis Villa is on the corner of the two main roads between Blueys and Boomerang Beaches. It's convenient but there is some road noise. It had all the basics. The BBQ is old style outside brick with a plate, but is not level. The Villa complex had a pool to share, which the kids loved. Be careful as the tiles around the pool did cut their feet. Also those wanting mobile reception, this Villa had limited signal and the WiFi didn't work despite attempts from many different devices. The beds were comfortable and decor was nice. All up, it has the key basics.

Great location, old accomodation
Publié le 14 janv. 2021 sur HomeAwayGreat proximity to Blueys beach. Accom was old but decent, nothing to write home about. Also find it bizzare that you need to pay extra for linen if you don’t bring your own, feels like their just trying to get more money out of you wherever they can.

Comfy furnishings, beds and like new pillows and duvets.
Clean and plenty of amenities - even beach chair and umbrella !
Would highly recommend.
