Great Location
Publié le 9 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay, we especially loved the river in the backyard. The weather was chilly and windy, so we didn’t spend much time near the river but it was great scenery.
The location was convenient to Banner Elk and Blowing Rock. Around 5 to 6 miles to each. We spent some time in the hot tub over looking the river. It was a great trip. My kids didn’t want to leave.

Stay in Alamo River House

It is an older home without some of the most advanced modern services, but that was exactly what we were looking for. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Great little getaway
Publié le 24 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayPerfect long weekend in Boone! Great location for skiing, hiking and downtown visits. Our family had a wonderful time. The house was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed to grill out. We absolutely loved the river views and hot tub.

Great Rustic place
Publié le 6 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house was great ! Rustic but clean. The River was great for fishing and tubing ! The fence could use some work- close to Boone - would love to go back!!
