Great place for a large group
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Nice location for Iowa Sate Game!

The house accommodated all of us with enough bedrooms and common space for us to sit around and visit. Big sofa and lots of chairs. The house could use some love for sure, but otherwise fit the bill for what we needed.

Boone getaway!
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwaySpent the weekend riding the rails and tubing down the river. The house was a perfect location for these activities. Had 4 couples and the house was set up nice so we could all hang out and visit. Communication with the owner was easy when a question came up. If you’re looking for a place in Boone for a big group this house does the trick.

Weekend getaway
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were here for a college visit and made a nice weekend out of it. It’s not far from ISU campus and being on the golf course was a bonus. The great neighborhood, perfect weather, and wonderful location in a lovely home made for a great weekend away!

Great place for ISU graduation weekend

Clean and comfortable.
Publié le 3 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was very clean. All the spaces are comfortable and met all of our needs. The owner was very good with communication and very accommodating to us.
The only negative…..and we have found this to be the case at most VRBO houses we have rented….was that the outdoor grill had not been cleaned in quite a while. We spent a lot of time cleaning it. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Ideal for larger gathering

Publié le 9 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house was great for a family get together. We had 10 stay overnight and 16 for most meals. The open floorplan allowed everyone to spend time together. The host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. We almost didn't spend enough time there and didn't even try out the pool table.
