Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this Timber floor plan condo features two level living with two living spaces. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and ½ bath. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the mountain views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located downstairs is another living room area with a cozy gas fireplace as well as the guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is also access to the covered deck downstairs through the living room or guest bedroom. This condo is downstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Relaxing Stay with Stunning Mountain Views and Excellent Amenities

We had a wonderful stay at Timbers D-1! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The mountain views from the property were absolutely beautiful and made for a peaceful, scenic backdrop throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the amenities—having access to the pool and gym was a great bonus. The location was quiet yet convenient to nearby towns and attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we would gladly return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We were really impressed by how clean and comfortable the condo was, especially compared to other vacation rentals we've stayed at in the past. Beautiful area and property. The front door area could use some love. Lots of cobwebs walking into the door. I didn’t appreciate having to put away dishes after cleaning them before we left. Most places are satisfied with running the dishwasher before exit.

Family Christmas in the Mountains

Great location. Not too many steep curves on drive to unit. Beautiful view of Grandfather Mt. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, even to make Christmas cookies. Seasonal decorations were a big surprise

Nice property

The property is located near a lot of sites to see. The entrance to this property is lined with beautiful landscaping. The view from the deck is pretty. This end unit has one side of the deck facing the parking lot but that did not distract too much. The tenant upstairs has, what sounds like, a large dog. It was very loud at times running around and barking. But, overall this was an amazing experience. We enjoyed ourselves.

Restful retreat

Very clean, comfortable accommodations convenient to Boone and banner elk. Great communication from Foscoe Rentals. Only suggestion is that they have people make reservations to use pool in the summer. It is not accessible to VRBO guests the way it is set up now, first come first serve.
