Publié le 27 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaRien à redire sur cet hôtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct!

This was our send trip to Island of Capri in Missouri. My wife and I were celebrating our anaversary. The first night was fantastic just like we remembered. The second day was one with many stuggles. I had ordered food to take back to our room. The steak was under cooked, the alfredo was dry and the chicken wings were still raw in the midfle. When i contacted the restaurant they seemd bothered . I understand they were busy and short staffed. The only reason i know this was due to the bartender and server were discusding this. The bar was in diarray trash and empy bottles strewn about. They did ask if i wanted new meals but my wife had lost her appetite. The next day i tried to call back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager was put on hold then disconnected. I then called the 1800 number and then was told to get in touch with the restaurant. I feel a problem dose not warrent a coversation to come to a resolution. As of now we will not be going back.

Was not happy with employee etiquette at all. She was on her personal phone the whole time we checked in and was using foul language with no disregard.
Restaurants are delicious tho.

All I can say is WOW.. Arrived 10/10 around 8 pm ish.. The place is clean, most staff was helpful. We arrived and honestly after our check in experience we were afraid that we made the wrong choice.. The check in Hosts are the face to your hotel.. We walked in. Noticed that both gals were eating.. And they just started at each other to decide who would “have” to wait on us. Finally a host said something and She clearly was not impressed we distrusted Them.All we got from her was..” Name”.. “Card”.. and then slapped the keys on the counter and said.. “There You Go”. But in the meantime of me swiping my card she was taking more bites of her chicken tenders..Guess they don’t realize without guests they wouldn’t have jobs. They made it very clear we were a bother, so there was no use asking for directions..
Our room was clean and inviting.. We went down to the brew brothers restaurant and wish I had got this gals’ name she was the most friendliest, outgoing and a complete joy.. Even the guard that was standing as you came into the casino was very nice.. So If they got rid of the two ruder than rude hosts sitting eating the place would be a 4 star place.
