Simple, has everything you need. But the neighbors dogs....
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayCute little older home very close to Boonville downtown. We picked it because it was right by the Katy Trail. What we didn't realize was that you have to walk/ride 1/2 mile over a very busy bridge connected to a 4 line highway to get to the secluded part of the trail that we're used to being on. The walking bridge is connected to the highway and we did feel safe. It just had a lot of traffic noise and wind. The outside of the house fits in with the neighborhood but it could use some tlc. Big corner spiderwebs in the garage, bushes need trimming, old boards laying around. The next door neighbors have bigger dogs that are outside barking a lot. The inside of the house was simply decorated and had everything we needed. The main bed was comfy. The britta pitcher in the fridge was very nice to have because the water has a very strange taste. If we are in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The host was super nice and even bought a griddle for the house so I could make pancakes for my kids. The location is near the Katy trail, Columbia and Rock Bridge State Park, which we enjoyed visiting during our stay

Cute house in a nice little town.
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed two nights while we were in the area for a concert. This house was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids. Everyone had their own bed which is always a plus. We were all very happy with the house and the amenities and would definitely stay again if in the area.
