Pleasant Coastal Stay
Posted Sep. 11, 2023 on HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food. Having stayed in many types of short-term vacation lodging I would say that there is often a seasoning, cooking oil, a few sandwich bags or wrap, and some "starter" coffee (2 pods or a filter and one packet for the pot) available. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend Barret's Watch. It's a quiet, accessible, and pleasant place to stay near the water.

Great Boothbay location!
Posted Aug. 7, 2023 on HomeAwayThe place is very well kept in a great location. Barrett Park is right across the road great for a swim and relaxing. Far enough away from the touristy hub bub yet only about a mile walk into all the attractions. 👍👍👍

Very nice stay

Everything was great except there were no tissues anywhere.
