Relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets at Le Petit Port!

Let me tell you about our newly renovated studio, Le Petit Port, condo located on Linekin Bay in East Boothbay, Maine. Our condo is part of the small Water's Edge Condominium and Cottages community. This property has a beautiful lawn that goes right down to the ocean where you can enjoy amazing views and sensational sunsets! The dock has deep water access and there's no better place to eat lunch than on the dock overlooking the bay. It's a short ride to quaint Boothbay Harbor where you can shop and eat seafood to your heart's content! The 2nd floor condo main area has a king size bed, loveseat and kitchen area. It's approximately 325 sq feet. The new kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and two burner hot plate. The bathroom includes room for clothes hanging, cabinet storage, toilet and shower. Just step outside the door to a covered outside deck with a view of the bay! The perfect spot for your morning coffee or nighttime dinner. There is also a guest laundry room just a short walk from the condo. My husband and I rented at Water's Edge two summers in a row and jumped at the chance to purchase this sweet condo on this amazing property! We hope that you will enjoy Le Petit Port as much as we have!
P.S. Just to be clear, there is NO hot tub or swimming pool on this property. We're having a problem with the website. Thanks.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood next to water. The studio is well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. You may enjoy meals inside or outside. Nice hiking trails, general store, and restaurants are nearby. We had a very nice and relaxing stay.

Lovely property, so well-maintained
We usually stay right in Boothbay Harbor but this time we opted to venture out and try something different. We’re glad we did as Le Petit Port was a nice surprise. Sharon and Denny have decorated as their own and it was such a cute place to be. We appreciated the book of things to do and places to dine and took advantage of those, enjoying Carriage House, Ocean Point and Robinson’s Wharf. Everything in the condo was exceptionally clean and supplies were available that we needed. Parking was perfect and the sunsets were grand. Thank you, Sharon and Denny, for a lovely stay.

The area is so beautiful, and the people are so friendly. We explored while we were there, we also were lucky enough to get to meet Sharin and Denny, Whom are amazing people. We truly enjoyed our stay! The room is very clean, peaceful, and nicely decorated. The ground is beautiful, facing the bay and has the best sunset at the dock. Sharon and Dennis were excellent! So friendly and thoughtful. They left champagne in the fridge and a card as they knew we were celebrating our anniversary.
