Calme et bien situé

Nous avions une chambre à l'étage, la chambre est spacieuse et propre.
Literie confortable.
Calme le soir.
Petit déjeuner simple mais bon.
Personnel agréable.
Parfait pour un séjour à Boquete.

moldy shower

I originally booked two room, one for myself, and for my daughter and her fiancé, when we arrive and checked, My daughter called from the adjacent room and said come take a look in the shower, and there was black mold in there. Since her fiancé is highly allergic, we simply said we couldn’t stay there. Outside the window of our rooms, an old toilet, and other miscellaneous extra building materials were in plain view- not the best vista-
They refused to give a refund. I average 70+ nights a year, traveling in hotels all over and this is my only negative review of any of them for what that’s worth-

Hello Moldy, thank you very much for your comment! We are sorry for your experience with us, we would have liked you to discuss it with the receptionists instead of saying that you were sorry but you had to go somewhere else urgently. Because if we had known about your discontent we would have done something to improve your stay!

Staff were very helpful , location was good. Breakfast was good. Convenient to have coffee shop on premises.
Room was decent size. Only downside was bathroom a bit crammed.

This is a simple hotel with adequate rooms. We were in #12, and had our own bathroom, many have a shared bathroom. Our room had one queen bed and one double bed, one TV, one fan, a louver window, shades on upper windows. Barely room to store 4 suitcases, but we managed for three nights. Breakfast of eggs, hashbrowns and toast, fruit, and coffee/tea/water included. It is also a coffee shop in the lobby and Jarvik was a wizard at making an iced or hot latte. 12 oz was $4. He was awesome. Very kind and helpful staff. Parking in the back. Close to resturants. Careful walking, sidewalks are a luxury, changes in levels and steps are frequent. Located on the main or principle road through Boquete. Gives one a chance to explore easily.

Personnel and location were lovely, but no hot water in one room, windows that didn’t fully close (allowing mosquitos and noise to enter), and minimal lighting in the rooms were all problematic. Property is very dated.

I'm sorry to hear that, on your days of stay we were full and most likely many guests used the hot shower at the same time, that's why one of the rooms was left without hot water, and it's the first time that this has happened to us. Thank you for the other comments, we will use them to improve the rooms.
