Great but too expensive

Room rate is too high for this tired room. Bedding is not even average which is not acceptable for this category. Same for the unexpected chemical fruit juice the morning in this sunny country! Appart from that, the staff is really friendly and helpfull and food was good. The pool is great and the location on the beach perfect! This resort is already a "great" place where to stay in Boracay but I would have expected "amazing" for that price.

Farniente et beauté du paysage!

hotel propre, préférer dîner ailleurs car prix élevé. Plus calme que les hôtels voisins. Piscine pour enfants. Personnel très sympa et efficace.

We booked the family room with the ocean view. I do not recommend this room as the view will always be blocked by chair pillows and stacked chairs. Though the people/security guards are very nice to move it when asked, i feel that there should not be a need to ask since we paid extra for the view. Not a big deal but when we checked in, we are a family of five but towels was only good for 3 people. Another thing. Since our room is close to the ocean view, random people will be sitting on the table right outside our window. Very disappointed to see people smoking in front of room. We could smell the cigarette smoke smell inside our room. Food was a little on the expensive side but tasted good. We were given a foot massage for all the trouble but I think it would be better if they could preserve the area for the family room a little private. It was not relaxing to stay in the room. So we just try to enjoy the beach under the sun.

Had a wonderful stay here, staff were great and the location was convenient. Only annoying thing was they made us change rooms 2 nights before checking out to do maintenance. Could have waited till we checked out as the maintenance was not affecting our stay. Transfers from airport were convenient but very expensive.

We had a great stay at Ambassador. The rooms are in excellent condition (the renovated ones) and spacious. Very close to the shore and is seemingly quiet area in station 1. I think what stands out is the customer service provided by all the staff, from the people who met us at the airport to the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant servers and to the last person/s to send us off. Every single need was taken cared of with utmost regard and genuine willingness to assist. I and my family will surely go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Ambassador and staff for providing us one of the most memorable vacations we ever had.
