The best asset at this hotel are the staff.
They were kind, engaging, and would go out of their way to assist you and see to your safety and satisfaction - this was despite the aftermath of typhoon Carina!
Boracay is a costly place to live in and so we hope this lovely staff are well seen to, to be able to deliver the great service they’re providing.
It’s the staff that makes the place and the experience - and they’ve got a great bunch here!
The resort is in a quiet location (which is why we chose this place) quite a distance from the main hub (D’Mall) but is walkable (20ish minutes) via the beach if not high tide.
Otherwise, there is hotel shuttle running at designated times, or trikes at 150pesos at a time.
Restaurant menu is good, and so is the bar menu and service. They make great cocktails and the happy hour is worth going for!
We had a slow drainage in the shower which was swiftly addressed (albeit not fully rectified) We were offered to change rooms but we chose not to. It wasnt a deal breaker overall and we were too comfortable to move!
A few missing tiles on the main pool (by the far end) would need addressing but should not deter from the overall experience.
