A good tidy basic hotel in a good location. Staff were helpful. Parking was good once checked in - at a cost, but instructions about where to park while checking in would have been helpful

This hotel is very worn and has issues with mold in some of the bathrooms. Similarly, some of the refrigerators don’t work well. Staff is mixed. Two were clueless and one tried to be helpful. Location was excellent

Pleasant Stay In Bordeaux
Posted Aug. 31, 2024 on HotelsWe had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the room was spacious and well-appointed. The location is fantastic, right in the city center. However, the pillows were uncomfortable and need replacing. Additionally, towel changes should be complimentary. Overall, it was a nice experience with no major complaints.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, I was travelling with my mum who has limited mobility and the receptionist very kindly offered us a room with a wet room shower. They were also very helpful with information about transport and shopping. Beds were comfortable and rooms were well equipped.

Nice clean friendly apparthotel. Walking distance to everything. Near lots of cafes restaurants bars . walkable to the river . Couldn't fault it at all. Never stayed in one before, so if you want bring your tea or coffee. Although you can buy breakfast there. We chose to have breakfast outside as there are so many options . Tram station 5 minutes walk takes you straight to the airport for 1.90 euros!
