Charming newly-built holiday home located just 2 km from Borgo San Lorenzo, just 34 km from Florence, and 15 km from the Barberino outlet. The house has been renovated with taste, has a large, equipped and fenced garden, barbecue, and games for children. Air conditioning is available in the kitchen and dining area. Borgo San Lorenzo hosts numerous festivals and events, particularly during the celebrations for the patron saint (San Lorenzo, 10 August), but also during the rest of the year, when very important events such as ""Vivi lo sport"" are held, or when people gather along the streets to watch the marathon runners of the famous Passatore 100 km race pass. In addition to immersing themselves in the greenery of still intact nature, tourists find a quality architectural and artistic panorama, starting with villas and stately buildings, up to the churches that blossom with charm in the countryside. The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Firenze Airport is 42 km away.
