On arrival our toilet was overflowing so we told the front desk about the problem and that we were going to dinner. They appeared to have fixed it while we were out. At a quarter past midnight there’s a banging on the door of our room which startled and woke us. I jumped up and ran to the door asking who is it? The response from the other side of the door was housekeeping screaming that we were flooding the room below us with our jacuzzi tub which had not been in use for 3 hours prior to this midnight interruption of sleep. No call from the desk to ask if we were using it nor warning that maintenance was coming to check. Just loud banging and screaming at my door in the wee hours of the morning. I highly recommend anywhere except boomtown.

Restroom needed some updates. The fridge door didn’t want to open cause it was sitting on the floor. The door was dragging on the floor. This hotel is not kid friendly. They should just say 21 and over.

The carpet needs to be re done it was very nasty and the hotel room was very outdated and needs to be remodeled for the price come on it’s a casino and the rooms looks very ghetto
