It listed a buffet at boomtown and it was closed down, the casino itself was old and machines were broke, we will not be going back..

Hot in Boomstown
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsI arrived to check-in about 5pm. My room was very hot. 3 hrs later still hot. Called the front desk. Took 2 more phone calls to get someone up to check. 10pm told to wait for an hour or two then call if still not cool. Midnight waiting again. 2 am moved to another room. I was disappointed that it took so long and so much to rectify this situation.

Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThe air conditioner did not work .when we got there it was off and hot so we thought it needed time to cool we left and didn't come back from night on the town till 2 am and it was burning hot the front desk said they couldn't do anything because it was so late on top of it I couldn't use the Jacuzzi it was to hot and there was roaches on and couldn't watch TV the color was super dark and no settings to change it. It was ugh horrible manager was supposed to call me I want a complimentary room or my money back
