To begin with, the desk clerk is only at the desk from 10 am to 10pm. You have to use a phone in the lobby to call a person who then calls the desk clerk to come from a room in the hotel while you wait. Got two different sets of keys that did not work and this was after having to go through the call process to get the desk clerk three times. So, we stayed in a room with no keys. At seven the next morning, the fire alarm in the room sounded for no reason and would not stop. I could not leave the room to go to the lobby for the call process because, again, no keys. Showered and dressed to leave quickly because I had a scheduled game. Other guests were looking out of their room doors because, of course, the fire alarm woke up the entire floor, but there was no help to be found. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
