Hotel correct à moderniser
Publié le 30 août 2019 sur HotelsLa literie (sommier et matelas) du canapé lit de très mauvaise qualité. Draps du canapé lit à poser par le client le jour de l'arrivée.
Les chambres fumeurs et non fumeurs sont les mêmes. Odeurs résiduelles importantes. Odeurs de tabac dans les salles de bains transmises par la ventilation.
Climatiseurs très bruyants. Impossible de dormir avec les climatiseurs en fonctionnement.
Restauration correcte mais un peu chère.

Rating the different staff.
Night front staff. Poor quality and customer service. Charged me twice for the room even after I told them I paid for it through Expedia. Then the room once we got in had toe nails along bed frame and hair all on the floor. The cleanliness of the room for a Hilton brand and particularly the Garden inn hotel is subpar and sad excuse for the Hilton brand. Once I told the front staff about the toe nails and hair their concern was negligible and I was told someone would contact me tomorrow morning about the charges and the room. Truly a sad excuse for customer service.
The day front staff was a stark difference. She had empathy and apologized for the issue and would pass it along to the manager.
I still have yet to hear from a manager and I am giving them a business day before calling. The Hilton brand says they guarantee you have a good stay or they will fix it. It was a poor experience overall and I hope they can make this right.
The breakfast staff was an absolute delight they greeted us and asked about our travel and overall were kind and caring.
Overall poor experience at the Hilton garden inn in Shreveport.
