Poor housekeeping!!!

Room was not ready for 3pm check in. It wasn’t ready until after 4pm. The room was not cleaned well. The toilet bowl in the king size room was dirty. The floor was sticky in kitchen/living room area. The ac unit in living has some kind of red food splatter on the front of it. The water in the coffee maker was dirty and had film and mold, so that has not been tended too in quite some time. The suite was beautiful, but just not cleaned well. Very dusty throughout. King bedroom had a white substance splattered on the night stand and the closet had a musty smell. Suite 107 definitely needs a detailed cleaning!!!

Rooms could use more attention but would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely place. Lovely people. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. We had a great time!

These staff here are horrible. I asked them a couple times to clean our room and they NEVER came we stayed 5 days. We started using grocery bags as garbage bags to dump out our garbage. Had to go to front desk and keep asking for towels. The 4th floor has a leak in ceiling and they have 2 buckets and the huge laundry bin in center of hallway that looks very unsafe and hazardous for anyone with children. Donna is very rude and nasty. Asked her if they had any pepto for sale. She never gives me any eye contact starts drinking her cup and says no and never turns her head to give me any contact. Remind you I said hello good morning before asking her. She didn’t want to speak because and says “morn-in” and rolls her. She clearly hates her job and disgusting. There’s another one that’s a cleaning lady and she was smacking her gum and rolling her eyes. She has fingerwaves and hair really short. They obviously have issues. We had no idea they had a restaurant or anything. Our room wasn’t ready by 3. We had to wait until they cleaned a room and we drove 12 hours to get there. Disgusting miserable employees.

Pool gym and rooms were clean. Breakfast was also good!
