I like this hotel, it is conveniently located justoff the I-220 loop and is just far enough away from town to be quiet, and close enough to not miss anything. The staff is wonderful.

Construction on floor above us was started at 7:30 in the morning waking everyone up. Not acceptable. I am requesting a refund

Your experience with your room during your stay is below our standard.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have shared your feedback with all leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.We are going under renovation this year and I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.
