TRES BIEN,BIEN SITUE ACCES FACILE

TRES BELLE CHAMBRE ,PROPRE ET AU CALME; Cependant petit déjeuner succinct: 1 boisson,1 viennoiserie,1 fruit que nous n'avons pas vu. Le 1e matin la 2e viennoiserie a été payante, le 2E matin elle était gratuite . Nous n'avons rien compris.

Guests are supposed to recieve one free pastry and cup of coffee each morning as well as a 20% discount at our cafe all day. Great location, outdated hotel

Positives: great location. Good room size. Negatives: the floorboards are SO squeaky. To the point where I can tell you how many times the person in the room above me got up to pee during the night. Also some parts of the room (between night stand and bed for example) had a thick layer of dust and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

Nuit blanche à cause du bruit de la rue

Chambre très bruyante donnant sur Boylston St avec simple vitrage. Impossible de dormir! Plus jamais!

It is not typically an issue or complaint we run into so we are surprised to hear that it was such an inconvenience for you and we apologize. We are more than willing to move guests to another room if our availability allows or do whatever we can do make their stay more comfortable so please if you can let us know what was able to be done during the stay to make things quieter for you. Hôtel is very cute, location perfect but I was disappointed; what they call First floor is in fact the basement. They gave us 2 rooms in the basement, without proper windows, in a very smelly corridor. It’s also noisy, close to where they wash the towels and bed sheets.

Chambres très petites, le déjeuner inclus est un muffin ou croissant. L’emplacement est bien.
