Overall, the hotel was very nice. I don’t know if it was me or not, but it was my first time staying in a ‘downtown’ hotel. I didn’t realize that that rooms are set up like cruise ships - there was 10 inches between the end of the bed and the dresser. The bathroom was tiny, too. For it being a Hilton, I would’ve expected a little more. Parking is expensive. The gym was mediocre. But overall, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet enough to rest in.

I felt so comfortable and very safe staying here. It was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. I love how I was able to control the temperature and it worked very well! There’s many options for places to eat or even have a drink and I love how the train station is right next door which is a plus!

Overall nice property and clean rooms decent area , however very poor customer service at the front desk . No sense of hospitality. Never confirmed what type of room it was or how many beds it had before collecting 100 incidentals. management was very poor did not try to accommodate me in any way or make me feel comfortable at all 177 a night . Plus 100 of incidentals and 60 for parking manger Kira very rude unprofessional and has no idea what she is doing if you are deciding to stay at this property avoid her at all cost . I was put in 4th floor where the hallways carpet was ripped out and look like it was under construction. I was ignored by manager and threatened to be kicked out without a refund before even getting in the room
