We called for the shuttle from the airport and after 30 minutes we called again. 15 minutes after that the shuttle showed up. This was an unacceptable wait time and the front desk just gave us platitudes. The bed was uncomfortable, the curtain was torn in several places. We have stayed here before, but it seems like the quality has gone downhill
