Shady and nonsensical standards.
After I got my room key, I went to the room and saw it was a massive pig sty. I immediately returned to the front desk where the clerk gave me that room by accident and said the person was living there about a year. She changed rooms for me and everything was better and cleaner. Other issues I had were the bed was too hard to sleep in, there were no trash bins and was advised to use the trash room, and there was a car near the rear entrance that looked like a homeless hoarder car. Should've been towed period. The room was just mismatched in furniture and style. I won't be going back.

If there was breakfast, it wasn’t really available. Outside where there is parking, littered with cigarette butts. No extra toilet paper roll in room. Issues with wifi but once I got it going, ok. Room had visible signs of damage. You have to ask for kitchen supplies.

Had to wait like 45 min to get into my room even after informing them in advance about late arrival.. brkfast is crap and for last day there was no brkfast at all.. not even coffee

Property was dirty, the room I received smelled like someone just smoked a cigarette in there. Broken curtain, broken draws just overall gross would never go back didn't even stay more than 10 hours, so gross.

Manager broke into my room day of leaving when had a 12 o clock check out confirmed and not only that I had a option I was in the middle of doing confirmed by front desk staff to extend my stay a day and she broke in called the cops and put me in danger along with my service dog I cannot believe this is aloud to happen can't wait to see her in court good luck staying her anyone look out

Very clean and modern. Great staff -- friendly and competent. Great price! So much better than paying exorbitant Boston hotel prices. They need to either fix the beverage vending machine in the lobby or offer beverages for sale at the front desk, and they should provide dish soap and dishwasher detergent for the kitchenette, just as they provide soap and shampoo for the shower. Also, it's kind of noisy. A play area for young children and social area for teens in a part of the hotel far from the rooms would be a good solution. But I still highly recommend this place! And I will continue to stay here every time I come to Boston.

I stayed for three nights. Which gave me a horrible experience. Less ( no) staff basically..broken faucets.. No iron board.. Towels you need go and wait for the lobby for 1 hour.. If you are lucky you will get it..broken chair.. No breakfast items.. Only grab and grow with 1 or 2 muffins..no supplies in the room.. Very poor customer response.. One Manager for two extended stay hotels.. Again zero customer help.. Not worth for money..pls stay away from this hotel..
