Water pressure was fabulous! Room was clean, we were in the older section of the hotel. I hope they plan on remodeling. Compared to our friends room in the new wing our bathroom was small and cramped and no room to put anything on the counter. What I found really weird was there are no towel racks to hang your wet towels. Only the one that is IN the shower. My husband took a shower first and when it was my turn my towels were damp from the shower. So irritating not to have a place to hang towels. A towel rack in the shower does not work. No place to hang a hand towel. Because of all of this it made the bathroom just a chore to use. Please if you’re going to remodel rethink your bathrooms! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My sister in law had just lost her husband and we were there to bury him. The staff helped her with her luggage and the urn, and even found a place in their hotel fridge for the flowers for the ceremony. Like I said…incredibly kind.

Yes but…don’t check in after midnight!

The hotel worked for the location but we had an issue that makes us not want to support/stay in the future. Our two girls checked in at 12:10 and one was told they had to pay because the room was cancelled. So I had to double pay for a night! It was ridiculous!

The staff everywhere was excellent even the greeters at breakfast The bartender in the pub was spectacular I’ve never came across someone so genuine in her job , front desk was worth mention too . Very surprised with all of them and happy
