Excellent friendly staff! Very kind and helpful with information for Boston first time visit. Train (“T”) and Bus routes access is a walk across the street. I didn’t mind the noise from the train at all and it stops after the last run. Breakfast is also excellent. We enjoyed the Freedom Trail tour, the Boston Tea Party tour, Beacon Hill (including Acorn street), Charles Street ice cream, parts of Cambridge, and of course a Lobster roll from Courthouse Seafood Restaurant (walking distance). There are so many more options to experience, but we only had 1 full day. Thank You Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston/Cambridge for making our experience Excellent!!

Check in and check out were fast and smooth. The hotel was clean and looked recently renovated. The room was the same, bathroom was very clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Close to the T train and walkable distance to the Science Museum as well. We were very happy with our stay.

Located close to the T and features free parking. The breakfast was good and the hotel was pleasant and clean. Unfortunately AC didn't work in our room and the temperature was hovering around 82-83F. They eventually gave us a different room which was not as good as what we booked and the blinds didn't work there but at least we could sleep comfortably.

Our check-in was ok, I booked 2 rooms and we had to wait for them to be cleaned and it was already after 3pm. My room did not have a safe. Room 506. I had to carry my valuables with me to breakfast which I didn't care to do. My friends room was very close to the elevator and she was able to hear loud people as they went in and out at night or in the morning. Aside from this the room was clean and comfortable. There was no housekeeping the 3 nights we were there (Sat-Tues). Not sure if this is normal. I found myself asking the housekeeper for toilet paper and tissue. They did knock on my door at 9am the day of my checkout which I had to tell them to come back after I was gone. The access to the T was greatest part of our stay. Also the downstairs area of the hotel served as a great meeting spot at night. The parking spots are pretty tight in the garage. I will go back but will ask for a room with a safe far from the elevator.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there for four nights. I do wish they would at least have housekeeping every other day just to empty trash and check towels. This was reasonably priced compared to other Boston hotels we looked at. It did seem a bit older but common areas were kept clean. The Metro was next door, which was convenient.

I love the fact that the Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston/Cambridge had a parking garage underneath the building. The staff were friendly as well. It would have been nice if they had a microwave in the room I guess that is how the room is kept so clean. The gentleman that covered the night shift at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

I enjoy staying here when I am in Boston due to the location near the Lechmere T station, and the fact that the breakfast is good and the rooms clean. This time the room was a little smelly, possibly due to previous residents, because it was a heat dome period and very hot outside.
