The front desk staff was outstanding! He iffered the best hisptality I have ever experienced. He was genuine, very present, warm, help, and professional! The property was perfect. Very clean room, gym facilties were great. Location was great. Free parking was a plus. Only negative experience was the check in process. I called the night before to ask if the hotel was at capacity and was informed it was not. I shared I would like to receive an early check in and they told me to ask in the morning. I came in the morning and Frank did not allow early check in. That was not accommodating at all. I understand that early check in is a courtesy, but it seemed as though they were not even willing to considerate until after 1pm which I found disappointing.
