the pool the water was very very cold i have rarely seen such cold water in all the hotels i have done even my 7 year old boy didn't want to swim and 1 mattress out of the 2 mattresses was very uncomfortable it wasn't the same the 2 mattresses one really comfortable and the other outdated

No essentials room service.

The hotel was nice. But I was very disappointed that the two times I called to be deliver a toothpaste and the next day a water, the told me I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get it, and I was feeling so sick and dizzy and I went downstairs. I will ve traveling yearly to the same event business and we as a team are not considering this hotel again, it was the first hotel that did not offer to bring essentials to the room and they didn’t told me they were low on employees, or any other excuse, they just told me they don’t deliver to room and I needed to go to the front desk. This was definitely a first and there were two employees working in the front desk.

Loved how close it was to food places, the room itself was neat and clean and staff was so helpful being we were from out of state.

We were there for the NE Revolution game. It's so convenient to be able to walk around before & after the game.

The bed itself was not comfortable sadly. Sheets were probably poly/cotton. Wall air conditioning service too loud to sleep soundly for light sleepers.
