They should train their staff better and respect their customers' privacy. I don't know if it's a hotel bought by communist China, but on the last day at 9:45 am the maid knocked offensively on our door three times every 20 minutes and asked us what time we were leaving, knowing that check-out is at 11 am.

Stayed here to attend a wedding in Boston. Nice, safe quiet convenient stay with decent fitness center, laundry and breakfast. Child friendly as well.

Bring a flashlight. Very dim lighting. No joke.

Great room except: 1.) TV in living area had sound but no picture. 2.) Living area needs more light. Can't see the instructions on the coffee maker or read the microwave oven. Had to use my cellphone flashlight to use them. A very nice room but for the price guests shouldn't have to use their phones to see things in the room. Add a floor lamp at least!!
