Room was quite spacious and clean. There weren't enough basic supplies such as courtesy water bottles (none), soap and fresh towels. I had to go to front desk to request such items.

When we arrived at 1am there was a lobby full of people with a system down and no way to get rooms. The two very young desk staff worked tirelessly to get us in room manually. The next am we were told by the manager that our rooms would be refunded as soon as the system was back up. It is now 2 months later and we still have no refund. This was terrible.

Boston Stay in South Bay

The hotel was fine. We liked the proximity to the T. the shopping center around the corner was pretty convenient as well. I didn't like how you would have to pay for internet if we didn't sign up for Hilton's rewards program... and even then it was a 7 day trial... And I was surprised by a 25/night parking fee, but that might be going back on my charge card... I'm not sure... Over all it was okay - oh and we booked a room with a kitchenette because we have a diet sensitivity and eating out is sometimes difficult with this child. and there was a microwave and a dishwasher... which I feel does not a kitchenette make...

Perfect place for a quick stay. Great for families. Hotel was clean and has access to parking for a small fee, very convenient.
