This is the second time that I have been there. I really love this place but for the second time, I felt really disappointed because the room was not clean and the dish machine was broken. The bathroom room is not flushed at all.

Roaches in the room we stayed in room 318 and it had roaches didn’t see them till the last day also the “crib” was a beat old pack and play that had stains all over it. When I contacted “Barry” about some type of compensation due to not see the roaches u til our last day I was told I could wait for a manager to arrive or he could send an engineer. I did not have time to wait for the manager nor did I receive a follow up phone call from them. We are not staying here again

Never Again - Lying About Indoor Pool ... No Heat.
We made the reservations as a team hoping our kids could swim in the pool. The pool heater was "broken" and had been for over a month. The pool was still open but the room was freezing cold. If we had known that, we would have stayed somewhere else. We were not offered a discount for that. Also, the free breakfast was so packed they were running out of food and hour before it ended.

Rebecca made our stay extra special. It was my husband’s birthday and she brought us some appetizers along with a birthday card for him. He was very surprised and grateful. Thank you for making his day special, it’s been a tough year for him so this was sweet.

If you need to be in Canton this is a great spot. This will not get you quickly into Boston without a car (there is no public transit close by). Right off the 95/93 highways, and close to the business park. Trillium brewing’s flagship location with excellent food and drink options is next door. Super comfortable and well appointed for a longer stay. Front desk was so helpful and kind

The room smelled of fried food from previous persons. It was overbearing. Front desk responded right away by having an electric room diffuser put in the room. Smell lessened but did not totally dissipate before I checked out.

I booked this hotel in hopes to take my son for a swim for his 5th birthday. The pool was ice cold because the heater was broken. Some gentlemen let us know beofte a e opened the pool to the door.... not when we booked or when we checked in. Anyways, hot tub was way to hot for him so that kind of set the tone for our night. Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was not helpful. Not going to get into every detail but i did simply ask for a couple things of butter and he said no. They do breakfast and im sure it wouldnt of been too difficult to accommodate that request. So i give it 3 stars. Very disappointed. :(
