It was me and my Wife's first time in Boston and wanted to stay in downtown. I thought that all the downtown hotels would be overly expensive. However the Hyatt was the first we really looked at AND it was way more affordable than what we originally expected. It is also in the most walkable part of the city. Nonstop activities and sight seeing plus the view from our room was spectacular.

Althought the stay was quiet, checking in at night was a nightmare. Staff kept giving us different answers regarding parking and wasted about an hour trying to just oark our vehicle. Then whenwe found parking finally and got access into the garage, the staff said they could have parked it for us. Will not be staying here again alone for the stress caused from the start of check in.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the North End and public transportation, but enough out of the bustle to be quiet. The staff were amazing the whole time. Very helpful and cheerful. The room was a bit on the small side (no desk, dresser, and a very tiny closet), but for our purposes it was fine. The fitness center had all of the basics and was well maintained as well.

Room was nice and clean but small. Bed, sheets and pillow were super comfortable. Walking distance to everything! Just wish we had a room on a higher floor with a view.
