Very clean and safe area. room was clean, bathroom/shower small. Bedframe squeak's when you move around in the bed. Overall, great location for subway, 5 minute walk.

The room/unit itself was nice but it constantly smelled of cigarette smoke for some reason. And the WiFi signal was very bad.

Great time in Boston!

We had a great time! Within walking distance to so many things in downtown Boston and there is a bicycle rental kiosk out front!

I had trouble at first getting the key pad codes to work, and at one point couldn't find the code. It was not clear if there was ever someone who I could call and get quick help if for some reason I couldn't get into my room,

No elevator, stairs are sagging uncomfortably toward outside railing. I did not feel safe. Cleaning staff insisted on gaining entry 9am to drop off small ironing board. I worked night shift, forced out of bed and answered door half dressed. Staff I let in so they could go to the closet and put down ironing board.
