Excellent house in Jamaica Plain

The house was very clean and Lita was excellent at communicating with us. The location was perfect and created a great space for a group of co-workers to connect with each other more. Thank you!

Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayParking was a serious challenge. The listing claims there is off street parking. When we arrived there were no spaces to park. Was very disappointed with the challenges associated with parking.
The pictures in the posting made the rooms appear much bigger than the actual size. Having the capacity for eight people was a stretch given the size of the small rooms.
Not having a dishwasher was a bit of an inconvenience and oven was very old. The shower in the master was very small.
The house had a musty oder which made me think there could have been a mold issue or maybe due to the age of the home.

We are sorry to hear you had some issues with your stay. We do everything we can to make sure our guests are comfortable.
Unfortunately we cannot control street parking availability, but there are dozens of spots within 2 blocks of the house usually. To rectify the situation I did offer my private driveway to be used.
There is a full-size dishwasher right in the kitchen in plain view I would’ve been happy to show you how to use it if you had asked . The oven though not brand new is in perfect function condition and many people have used it to throw dinner parties here with no problem. The coffee maker is a standard machine but if it’s not pushed properly in place the water could drip down, but if it’s used correctly, there is no leakage.
The photos of the bedroom and bathroom were taken by a professional photographer and like most photos on these sites, they did use a wide angle lens but the rooms are ample size and I’ve never had a complaint on that before.
We had the unit professionally inspected after the visit and the here is absolutely no mold or must smell in the apartment. It is a fully renovated unit in like new condition. There’s a full Maid team that fully deodorizes and cleans before each visit. I believe what you may have smelt was the electric scent diffuser in the living room which has a pine odor but can easily be turned off if the smell is not to your liking.
We value our guests experience and strive to make all reasonable accommodations for a pleasant stay. However, it’s difficult to address your concerns after the stay. If you had contacted us during your stay we could’ve assisted you.

Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwaySteep chairs, small bathrooms , could use a grab bar for the tub shower. somewhat cluttered . Overall , spacious, great location and neighborhood. . Quiet, close to transportation .
Convenient to cvs and 711 for last minutes items. Several local restaurants. Parking on steet was great . Enjoyed the Park nearby. Lots joggers and family with kids in the neighborhood.

Reunion in Boston
Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwaySeven high school friends reunited for four nights in Boston. The property was in a good location for transportation and roomy enough for seven. We enjoyed the sunny windows and meeting the host.

Wonderful, spotless,large space

Games. . House was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Towels, flatware, coffee makers, toaster. TV, Altho we didn’t watch any, charming old decorative accents. Very comfortable location. Easy access to the Stony Brook T line station, Orange line and easy connections to get to the back bay, Fenway l, little Italy and Chinatown. Also UBER’s were available for every trip. Altho about $50 each way, where the T line was $2.40. Something to think about. Lita was the perfect host. Always answered our questions and was responsive to requests.
