The heat provided for my room is from a freestanding space heater, not from an HVAC system. If it was really cold I don’t think it would be warm enough. The AC is freestanding also with a big flexible duct going through the window to outside. Furniture is very old and worn. Curtains are faded. Property should be renovated. I was shocked at how bad this is for the cost. The front desk guy was very nice though.

So I booked for two days due to the necessity for work and my Internet going out. However, great the front desk staff was in accommodating me an early check-in. I did let them know the situation and they put me in a room with absolutely no outlets to utilize the laptop or my medical job that was needed. I ended up only staying four hours.

The property of undergoing renovations but that wasn't the problem. The other guests were very loud and a bit unsavory. The evening check in staff were gruff and unfriendly. Wasn't in the greatest section of town. No restaurants close by. Most likely won't stay there again.

Boston Hotel and especially their staff were fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and the room was exactly what my daughter and I needed to move her into BU. Clean, comfortable and the location was great.
