This gorgeous 1,800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom suite at The Inn at Newton Highlands is impeccably designed and decorated. It occupies the second and third floors of the building and immerses you in luxury and style. Its private 800 sq. ft. deck offers stunning views of the village. The space comes with a bonus room. This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique Inn located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful , fully remodeled historic building.

This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique Inn which is located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful, fully remodeled historic building. Careful attention has been paid to preserve the look and charm of the fin-de-siècle 19th-century building, using old archive photographs to replicate the exterior as it once stood. Inside, the building is pure 21st century, with modern rooms, advanced utility systems, and greatly enhanced structural features.
The remodeling has been completed in full compliance with Fire, Safety, and Building codes for hotel class buildings.
The suite has its own HVAC system, so there’s no air sharing with other units.

Stas Gavronsky and his wife, Tatiana, are the owners and operators of The Inn at Newton Highlands. The original idea behind the Inn came from Stas's work in healthcare. He wanted to build a beautiful and comfortable place for patients and their families who come to Boston for medical treatments and typically require a longer stay. The Inn provided exactly what was needed: a combination of luxury, safety, and convenience of a hotel with a privacy and coziness of a private apartment. The place is great for business travelers, destination wedding guests, and tourists.

In short: perfect! From booking to checkout, there wasn't a single thing we would change. The host is incredibly responsive. The property is exactly as pictured and has everything you could possibly need. We loved staying in Newton Highlands... and as a group agree that this is THE place to stay when we're in Boston. Sophisticated and convenient base for travelers
Our host, Stas, could not have been more hospitable. He met us upon arrival and provided an orientation to the apartment and neighborhood. Early check in was available at no fee. We enjoyed a well appointed, clean and beautifully decorated base from which we enjoyed great restaurants, and lovely walks including to Crystal Lake. The green line station was a good option when going into the city and we also liked having a parking space for our car on the property. The corner Patisserie is fabulous and was a daily indulgence that put “the icing on the cake” for a perfect stay! Kay E. Oct. 2024

Excellent location and wonderful space for Boston visit
What a wonderful stay near Boston! Stas was very responsive and took the time to greet us upon arrival, leaving us with a lovely bottle of wine and a free parking space. This space is absolutely gorgeous, spotless, beautifully decorated and so spacious with everything you need-fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2.5 baths. Loved hanging out on the rooftop space! The location is outstanding! Not only is it a short drive from the city but literally steps away from the train station and across the street from every type of restaurant/shop you could want. We visited O’Haras pub for dinner, and the Walnut Market was very convenient for specialty items with a very helpful host. Cacao chocolates and the French Patisserie are out of this world!!!! Wish we were here longer to check out the others. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!!!!

What a delight!
We were a family of 4 from Spain visiting Boston for a week, and we could not have been better located in a nicer apartment in a more friendly and convenient village. Everything you could want or need for a happy stay was at our fingertips--frequent and reliable public transportation into the city, a good grocery store a pleasant 15 minute walk away, restaurants and coffee shops in the village and a poular Irish pub across the street. The apartment was roomy, laid out and decorated beautifully, and everything worked! Well, except for the toaster, which was replaced within hours of us drawing it to the host's attention. And that host? The best. Welcoming, helpful but unobtrusive, and responsive as all get out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Stas!

The apartment surpassed our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and well-equipped for our stay. The space was roomy, private, and clean. Always feels like home
I’ve stayed in two of the four condos in the building. Always takes no time to settle in and feel like it’s a second home. Every amenity anyone could want along with an incredibly responsive and helpful host. My only problem is when the condos are already booked because it is really my favorite place in Newton to stay by a wide margin.

Spotless, spacious, and comfortable suite with extensive amenities. Owner Stas Gavronsky was extremely responsive from start to finish. Great location right next to T stop and walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, Whole Foods etc. Far more comfortable than a hotel room for an extended stay and fairly priced.

Whatever good things you see in the description and pictures, they are BETTER in person. Stas was a fabulous host and went above and beyond to greet us, give us solid recommendations and check in through out four-day weekend. The accommodations were OUSTANDING! Clean, comfortable and modern. AWESOME showers and general decor. For a short trip, there was PLENTY in walking distance for food and shopping. We had a WONDERFUL stay during our trip to Boston. Stas (property owner) went "above and beyond" what I have experienced in my past vacations to welcome me and my family and ensure we had what we needed to fully enjoy our time. The rental was very clean with all the amenities needed to have an enjoyable/relaxing time. The location was great with train access bascially right outside our location which made getting around very easy. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at the location.

Mr. Gavronsky was an excellent, informative host. The apartment was ample in size and spotlessly clean. A minor repair was tended to immediately. The location steps from the Green Line in Boston made travelling quite convenient. Excellent bakery and restaurant just across the street as well as a liquor store. Would suggest a folder or binder with information on local attractions and facility procedures. Highly recommend Mr. Gavronsky and his home.

Our 3 day stay was great! Location was okay for getting into and out of the city of Boston. Commuter train was at most 100 yards away. Appeared to be very quiet and picturesque neighborhood. There were a few restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores were 4 minutes by car, 15 minutes walking. Entry was street-level and then a climb up the stairs to the unit. Also sleeping quarters were a climb to the next level. There was plenty of space sitting both inside and outside on 2nd floor deck. I'd rent again!

We stayed at the Inn for nearly one month, taking the 3-bedroom apartment and the accessible 2-bedroom apartment. Firstly, Stas is a fantastic host – very attentive and helpful, but not overbearing – the perfect combination. Secondly, the accommodation is lovely. Fresh and modern – a very stylish and clean look (and also very clean and tidy!). Plenty of space for five or more guests. Finally, a superb location with a very villagey feel – plenty of independent shops and restaurants within a few yards, plus the ‘T’ subway station to connect with the rest of Boston!

Great space, location, and host!
The 3 bedroom suite was perfect for my family. Gorgeous, comfortable unit in a lovely neighborhood literally next to the T (but transit noise was miraculously not an issue). Loved easy access to the city but coming “home” to the relaxing darling Newton Highlands neighborhood with all the conveniences needed including restaurants, market, etc literally around the corner…but surprise amenities like nearby Crystal Lake for a swim and even a summer concert in the community park. But the other best part is Stas- who owns/manages this property. Super responsive, accommodating, and helpful before and during our stay. We hope to return!

We loved our stay here. Stas was a great host, brought our pre-ordered groceries and responded to all our queries and requests, and checked in with empathy to our unique and special needs. Condo was perfect, tastefully decorated, and had ample room for our family of four. Great location with cafes, restaurants and bars within 2-5 mins walking distance. Whole Foods 2 mins by car. Perfect location!!
Stas is an amazing host. We were visiting Harvard & Tufts for our son. This was the perfect location that was away from the city, yet still close to drive in or take the T. The T stop is right there & easy trip to city. There are great restaurants all within walking distance, as well as grocery store 1/2 mile walk. We cooked several meals easily in home. The place was immaculate & beds comfortable. Recently remodeled too! Host left us a wonderful bottle of wine we enjoyed on rooftop patio. Washer & dryer was also fantastic- less work for us upon returning home. We spent 4 nights & it was relaxing. You won’t be disappointed!
