Luxuxry hotel with really slow check in

Nice hotel but at 600 bucks a night they really need to sort their check in service out. I was waiting for ever... ask any business traveller and they'll say these things annoy you.

**Review of The Newbury Boston** I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Newbury Boston, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes a perfect blend of elegance and warmth that made me feel right at home. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the property, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless, showing the staff's dedication to maintaining a pristine environment. The bellman service was outstanding. The bellmen were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me with warm smiles and promptly assisted with my luggage, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The maid service was top-notch as well. My room was meticulously cleaned every day, with fresh linens, neatly arranged toiletries, and a tidy room each time I returned. The attention to detail was impressive. In-room service was equally fantastic. The food arrived promptly, was delicious, and beautifully presented. The menu offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. While the front desk service was generally good, it was a bit mixed. The tall front desk staff member who spoke Spanish to me was very nice and accommodating, which was a pleasant surprise. However, some of the other front desk staff could benefit from a bit more smiling and warmth in their interactions. Despite this minor hiccup, my stay at The Newbury Boston was wonderful.
