Une catastrophe!!! Que des mésaventures en 2 jours. Premièrement, quel ne fut pas notre surprise de découvrir en arrivant que la salle de bain était sur le palier et partagée avec 3 chambres. Deuxièmement , comme elle était hors service nous en avons partagé une à l’etage Avec 5 chambres. Troisièmement, la chambre est très mal insonorisée, vous entendez votre voisin!!! Et comme la cuisine était à notre étage dès 7 h du matin vous entendez une personne qui fait la vaisselle!!’ Donc pas possible de dormir. Quatrièmement, il ne faut pas faire de bruit après 21h pour ne pas déranger les gens. Ceci me parait extrêmement logique.... alors pourquoi y avait-il 2 plombiers en train de réparer cette fameuse salle de bain hors service lorsque nous sommes rentrés à 22h30???? Mon ami a envoyé un message au responsable afin de comprendre pourquoi ils intervenaient aussi tard (jusqu’a 23h45). La seule réponse a été juste que ce n’etait Pas normal.... ça on s’en serait douté !!! Pas de mots d’excuse, rien. Et cinquièmement, et oui parce qu’il y a encore une péripétie.... pas d’eau chaude pour se laver!!!! Ceci a été l’apothéose de notre séjour. Hôtel à éviter absolument !!

Not a great time there

Unfortunately, we did not have a really good time at this place. Hotel should be nice but still under renovation (without any notice priori to our arrival). Hotel is quite dirty (dust, hairs, bathroom). And we did not get the room we booked (no balcony, no ocean view). Once finished, could be a great place because near to the train to Boston and some restaurants are in the area.

HI Thomas, Thank you for the feedback and for having stayed with us. We are finishing the final touches and as of next month everything will be ready and we will also offer free breakfast daily and coffee all day. Regarding the 'ocean view' that was an error on the Expedia setup and we removed that, sorry for any misunderstanding there. Thanks again and hope you may stay with us again.

Aaron went the extra mile to accommodate all the runners over the Boston Marathon Weekend. A fantastic experience, would whole heartedly recommend the Wyman B&B.

I spent three non refundable nights here and it did not fill my needs. I was traveling alone on business and thought it might be a nice change from the large chain hotels. It did not turn out that way. My room was a third floor walk up. There is no cable TV in the building. The TV you see in their ad is RoKu, and offers only Netflix! The room had no thermostat, so the temperature is controlled by opening and closing the window. The shower in the shared third floor bathroom has so little pressure that I made a video of it and sent it to the manager. It was the same on the following day. There were no hangers in the closet. There is no clock, no phone, no artwork, it was a very stark room. I did not have any of the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. There was construction taking place in the building that started at 7 am. So overall, my experience dictates a rating of two thumbs down. Your experience may differ.

This was my first experience with a self service B&B and I am very happy that this was my first. Wyman B&B is my standard going forward. The staff was ready on call or text and the service was excellent. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure that I was fed and had everything that I needed to make my stay superb. Plenty of parking around the area and easy to fine parking on the street should you need to. All together two thumbs up!

You get what you pay for in Boston

It’s a nice place in a somewhat decent area. Modestly appointed (TV in room but it does not even have a power cord). My only complaint is that it was the most difficult place to find. Even the USPS mail carrier laughed when I asked him where it was, saying it is a difficult address. This should probably be stated in the email confirmation.

The tv didn’t work which was annoying. And our door is was wide open when we got here. Kinda creepy
