The 'standard' rooms are tired. Furniture worn (dented, chipped), beds painfully uncomfortable (you'll find better beds at the level of hotels such as Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn, mildew in the caulk at the shower, toilet seat half attached (literally!), water pressure at sink is great but at the shower it is less than normal pressure etc. $65 for overnight parking with in/out privileges but staff not always available to get your car so best to call ahead by 20 minutes. Front desk staff wasn't rude but not overly friendly either. Rather disappointed that a Wyndham branded hotel in Boston....Beacon Hill is so subpar. Originally planned to stay again in May but have since cancelled that reservation.

I did not like this hotel , it needs some major updating. 1st room we got the bed linen was all stained. They gave us another room on a different floor but still the linen was stained and also on the side of construction of new hospital. Noisy , noisy. Noisy…. No bueno !!

I asked for a late checl-out as my flight wasn't until 4:15 PM, they gave me until 1 PM! I've never seen that before, latest I've ever been offered is Noon. And, they offered to check my bags so that I could go and eat something before heading to the airport.

We booked a room at the Wyndham because I had early morning surgery at MGH. The hotel is very conveniently located to the hospital. Two minute walk. the hotel staff was friendly. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but there is a lot of construction going on across the street and can be a little loud. Our biggest complaint about our stay was the bed. Worst hotel bed I’ve ever laid on. I could feel the springs in my back. Didn’t sleep at all.
