Clean place. Wish Bar at the river would have been open.

Fun place to stay for a casual weekend. The property is undergoing some renovation. The cafe food was okay, but not great. Our room had a broken window latch and the shower was difficult to adjust, so they gave us an option to change rooms. The grounds could be improved, but the natural beauty of the Santa Cruz mountains is hard to beat. Housekeeping staff found my wallet and they called me, which was FANTASTIC!
We enjoyed the live music provided by local musicians.

The customer service was horrible, very rude. We will never lodge there AGAIN!!! They ruined our vacation!!

This review is coming as a surprise to our staff and management as we provided you with above and beyond customer service during your multiple issues at our hotel. Including but not limited to you not removing your belonging from your room before check out time therefore forcing our management and staff to bag up everything for you and store it until you came to retrieve it. The room was left a mess and required extra cleaning. These issues aside we still returned your security deposit to you as a kindness because you claimed to have thought you had booked the room for more nights than you had. I apologize that my amazing staffs service was not satisfactory and hope that should you need accommodations in the future we hope you find a hotel better suited for you.
