Room was fine, breakfast was fine, property was clean and easy access in a busy area. Location was great.

It was a nice enough hotel, however people were using the fitness center in the middle of the night from 3-5AM, making noise with the equipment, slamming the door and talking loudly in the hallway. The hotel should restrict access to that room overnight to avoid waking people!

Our check-in staff was pulling a double shift so we had contact at check-in and check-out. Very friendly and welcoming. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Common areas were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was provided with our stay.

Although the location of the hotel is great for exploring Boulder, Nick (the manager) is incredibly unprofessional and belittling to his female employees. We arrived at check-in time and only one of our rooms was ready. We had a question about a charge and he would not give us a number to customer service, would not assist us in any way, and was making inappropriate comments to his female staff during our interaction. Not a good place to stay if you are a solo female traveler or have any expectation of something that resembles customer service.
