Perfect stay in Boulder!

I was there for the CU football game (go Buffs!) and this spot is walking distance to Pearl St, campus, and more! It was warm, clean, and inviting. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive as well. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location, clean, and well-equipped
Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the convenience of this property. Once we were parked after our daily excursions, we could walk into downtown Boulder for dinner and entertainment. The parking spot is tight if you have a larger vehicle. Helpful tip: the thermostat in the bedroom only controls the heat. The unit in the living room provides the AC. The host helpfully offered ice packs and hiking poles after I sprained my wrist. :)

Close to Campus

Exceptional place to stay near CU Boulder campus and surrounding area

We couldn't have been more comfortable or felt more taken care of. The space is lovely, clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed accessible. We had a few questions while we were there and messaging the host was easy and reply was immediate. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a sweet, simple, beautiful place to rest and spend time while visiting Boulder.

Lively little spot in the heart of it all.
Publié le 5 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I flew out for a few days to see our son, catch Coach Prime and shop in the Pearl. Perfect location, exactly as advertised. We had no need to contact the hosts as everything was as expected. Just big enough for the two us and in a great location.

Excellent Stay
